evening July 17, 2010 at the Kobacker House, Columbus. He was born February 13, 1921 in Falls Creek, PA.
Bill was a well known Architect on numerous buildings in Ohio. He was Past President of Columbus Chapter of American Institute of Architects. He was a Veteran of WW II, 16th Armored Division, 3rd Army in Europe.
Aside from family and Architecture, his passion from boyhood was farming and rural life.
Preceded in death by parents, Simon Clair & Olive Ruth (Murray) McDonald; sister, Janet Marie Wrueble; daughter, Brenda Jane McDonald Larson. Survived by loving wife, Margaret Jane (Bussard) McDonald, whom he married in 1939 in Falls Creek, PA; children, John (Marilyn) McDonald, Alan (Mary) McDonald, Connie (Thom) Bullock; son-in-law, Greg Larson; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 PM Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St. (St. Rte. 161W) Plain City.
