Cathy and I have wonderful memories of Dick. He was a great conversationalist on a wide variety of topics, especially sports. His love for OSU was center to that. Having a beer with Dick was always an adventure having a meal with Dick was like “ where is he putting all that food “. Our short time knowing him was a blessing for us , he was truly a good guy ( character ) . We will miss him. Tony and Cathy Pello

Youmans & Son was a part of my childhood. We hauled ear corn there to be ground into hog & cattle feed on a regular basis. The barrel of peanuts, and carmels (the chocolate one's were the best) were always a treat. The family and staff treated us with courtesy and as valued customers. Every time we drive through Plain City I tell my wife stories of the old grain elevator. Rest in Peace, Mr. Youmans, may God grant you peace and lift up the entire Youmans family at this time.
