Peggy Minshall, age 86, of Plain City passed away peacefully Friday, December 11, 2020 at her residence with her daughters by her side. Born May 30, 1934 in Plain City, Ohio. Lifetime member of New California Presbyterian Church where she was baptized and married Arby. 1952 Graduate of Plain City High School. Peggy was a cheerleader and 1951-52 Homecoming Queen. She was a seamstress and enjoyed being a room mother for her kids. Spent many summers traveling to show horses with her kids. Peggy had a beautiful singing voice and was asked to sing and perform at many events. She worked many years for Bob Chapman Ford in Plain City and Marysville. Then worked at Banc Ohio of Marysville for many years before retiring. She was an avid sports fan, especially the Buckeyes. Peggy was a loving homemaker who cared for her children and treasured her grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents: Clarence H. & Reba Irene (Rhodes) Fry; husband of 53 years: Arby W. Minshall – 2005; sister: Kathryn June Barkeloo – 1965; sister-in-law: Juanita Fry – 2019.
Survived by loving daughters: Sherry (Jim) Snyder, Paula (Dr. John) Adams II, Lori (John) Waite; grandchildren: Jason (Laurie) Snyder, Joe (Risa) Snyder, Kelly (Matt) Gregory, Kyle (Julia) Adams, Jessica (Tyler) Smith, Zachary (Katie) Adams, twins: Michael (Nikki) Waite, Matthew (Tiffany) Waite; great-grandchildren: Taylor (Matt), Seth (Brooke), Madison, Joey, Grace, Jackson, Waylon, Jovi and one on the way, Memphis, Nora, Greyson; great-great-granddaughter: Everleigh; brother: Jim Fry; nieces and nephews.
Private family graveside burial will be held at Forest Grove Cemetery. In her memory, contributions may be made New California Presbyterian Church, 10089 Industrial Parkway, Marysville, Ohio 43040.
