Martha (McCoy) Brown, age 87 of Clermont, Florida, formerly of Dublin, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022 at her residence under Vitas Hospice Care. She was born March 19, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James D. and Naomi (Engle) McCoy.
Martha was a 1952 graduate of Dublin High School where she was involved in cheer and other extracurricular activities. She enjoyed returning to Dublin Schools to watch her children in their many sporting events and activities. Martha was a member of Dublin Community Church and later Jerome Church, and retired from Gammatronix Electronic Industries of Dublin where she worked for over 27 years.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother Robert McCoy. Martha is survived by her loving husband of over 58 years, Joe Brown; beloved children, Debbie (RG) Kouns of Whitehall, Teresa McCoy of Iowa, Jody (Mike) Spriggs of Florida; grandchildren, Krena (Brian) Hubner, Kyra (Donnie) Thorpe, Jason McCoy, Jared (Ashlee)McCoy, Dillen (Bailey) Eaves, Kelsey (Zach) Smierciak, and Anthony Spriggs; great grandchildren, Logan and Kaleb Hubner, Shawn and Garin Barnes, Eli Thorpe, Jayden and Gavin McCoy, Caiden, Lennon and Audrey Eaves, Kyla, Emma & Jaxon McCoy, Rocco Smierciak; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services from 10-11 AM, Monday, March 7, 2022 at Ferguson Funeral Home 202 E. Main Street, Plain City, OH 43064 where funeral services will begin at 11 AM Monday. Burial, Dublin Cemetery.
