Katherine V. Glover, 91, of Plain City, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Memorial Gables of Marysville after an extended illness. Born March 1, 1928 in Glover Gap, West Virginia to the late Carl and Christine (Snider) Freeland, Mrs. Glover lived most of her adult life in Upper Arlington and Plain City. In addition to being a wife, mother, and homemaker, she worked for 27 years at Lazarus Department Store.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert; two sons, Alan Glover of Phoenix, Arizona, and Gary Glover of Atlanta, Georgia and son-in law, Greg Duncan, also of Atlanta; and daughter, Diana Glover of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by grandson, Joshua Heflin, his wife Megan, and two great-grandsons, all of Breckinridge, Colorado; sisters Phyllis Basham, of Cape Canaveral, Florida and Sharon Church and her husband Ron of Wilmington, North Carolina; sister-in-law Mary Freeland, of Whitehall, West Virginia; several great nieces and nephews; many wonderful friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St. (St Rt 161 W) Plain City, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, August 23, 2019 with Rev. Bonnie Frost officiating.
