Amanda, Brad, Dwight and extended family; we are very sorry for your loss. John was a unique and special guy! We have fond memories of your family visits to Tavistock, especially when you stayed at our house. Unfortunately, with all the miles between us, and as time passes, we have lost a close connection. However, you are still family, and would always be welcome to visit your Canadian cousins.. Our thoughts are with all of you as you gather to say good-bye to John. Love, Ron & Cheryl

John and I became friends about 7 years ago. He was such a big help and contributor to the Plain City Fire Works committee. We shared a love for the village of Plain City and were kindred-spirits in the complaining dept of what is or what isn't being done. He would drive by the house and if I was on the front porch he would stop and we would sit a talk. I appreciated him stopping by after a village council meeting to tell me all the stupid stuff people said. I will miss him terrible and will remember him in my heart forever. Thank you for being my friend John! Leslie and LeMoyne Perkins
