Harold V. Clapham, age 70 of Plain City passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at
Riverside Methodist Hospital after a brief illness. He was born July 18, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Paul L. And Helen (Marcum) Clapham.
Harold was a 1969 graduate of Central High School and worked over 40 years for NAPA in Dublin. He was a member of the Cornerstone Church of Christ in Christian Union in Plain City. He was an OSU athletic fanatic and fan of the Minnesota Vikings. Harold was a cat lover and had an admiration of Lighthouses.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Clapham and brother-in-law, Randy Siler.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Mary Lou (Horch) Clapham whom he married on February 3, 1978; children, Michael (Julie) Duncan of Plain City, David (Connie) Duncan of West Jefferson and Michelle Ruszin and her husband Ben of Tampa, Florida; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings, Brenda Siler of Lake Choctaw, Sandy (Glen) Pace of Mt. Gilead.
Visitation will be held from 11-1 PM Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Ferguson Funeral Home,
202 E. Main Street, Plain City 43064 where funeral services will immediately follow at 1 PM Thursday with Pastor Mark Barth officiating. Burial Forest Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Cornerstone Church of Christ in Christian
Union, 8280 Rickard Rd., Plain City, Ohio 43064.
