We are incredibly saddened at the news of Greg's passing. He was a genuine good person always serving the greater good with a positive attitude and relentless conviction to get the job done. I will not soon forget the many years spent with him teaching our boys the game of baseball and his friendship. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tammy, Trevor, Adam and the entire family during a very difficult time. The Lord picked a good one to add to his team. Peace be with our friend Greg. Mrs. Mary Anderson left a message on May 10, 2021:
Greg was my neighbor for many years and what a wonderful person he was. My husband and I attempted to remain in our home, even though age and illness was making it difficult to do . Greg gave us much needed help and his kindness allowed us to stay in our home for many years. We finally moved, but Greg stayed in touch and visited at our out of town home. After my husband died, Greg assisted me when I called upon him. My heart felt sympathy and love goes to his family.

I knew Greg as a classmate kindergarten through grade 12.I would've last talked to Greg at a1980 class reunion.Every time I think of Greg I think of someone who was a straight shooter, approachable, with a good disposition. I know faith was a big component of his life.He definitely didn't seem to live life in a self centered universe. He seemed to know what is important in this life. From pictures I see a lot of fruit to this life, a race well run,a life well lived.Well done Greg, well done!!! May the Holy Spirit minister to family & friends! - Derek Deleon
Jeff Squires left a message on May 9, 2021:
Greg was one of, the most selfless persons we will ever know. So many great memories, a lot at the ballpark as expected, but my favorite will always be on a Disney trip with the Colliers, Greg teaching our Nora how to tie her shoes. Priceless! RIP Greg, as bits and pieces of you, will live in the lives of all you touched forever.

Denzil, Tammi and boys, I am so sorry for this huge loss in your life! Greg was definitely a special person. I am proud to have had him in my life as a cousin. I will treasure my last interaction with him where we teased each other about our "old" age and his living in a "Retirement Community". I will miss his big smile and the huge hug he gave me that day. Greg, rest in peace, you are now with your loving mother and your brother. Godspeed!
Grace Gantt left a message on May 8, 2021:
God Bless Greg's family. You're family was a model family .Greg had a servants heart . While my husband was ill he and other men from Dublin Baptist church group called helping hands were always raking leaves, fixing something to cleaning gutters . There was one stubborn leaking gutter that Greg took on as his project. Many days he worked until it never leaked again . He and two other men from D B C moved me into an apt last summer. Of course during the covid pandemic . I wanted to take the guys and there wives out to dinner . Greg don't get there , he had covid. Another time I cooked dinner taking it to Shane and Liz's home neighbors of Greg and Tammie , they were invited. Tammie and Diesel got there but Greg was down south clearing trees from a storm so people could get electric back on . I loved him , not just because he helped me but because of the Christian example he was.
