Diana Thomas left a message on November 15, 2019:
I had the pleasure of having Gay as my Mother-inlaw for 50 years, Not only was she my motherinlaw but also was my best friend, I particularly remember when I came home from the hospital with her new grandsons she was at our home to welcome them and help me. We went on some fun vacations. Once when we went to Big Bear Lake we rented a cabin, and Gay cooked a beautiful roast with vegetables, we left it on the stove to cool and we took a walk in the forest. When we came back we discovered our Irish Setter had eaten every bit of that roast. Gay picked up the broom and chased that dog all over the cabin. Gay will always be in our hearts with all the fun memories. Words cannot say how much she will be missed. My condolences to all of the family and friends who loved her so very much. Gay lived a long life, and is now reunited with my Nannie (Loretta) and the rest of her siblings and family. I’m certain there is a grand Dalton reunion taking place in Heaven right now. Deepest sympathy to all of Gay’s children, grandchildren and family. Thinking of all of you. Love and prayers.

So sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful warm and loving lady. One of the hardest workers I have ever known. I knew her when she lived in Palm Desert. She was invaluable to my sister always there to help and support her. She will be missed by all and I have many happy memories of her. She has left a great legacy of wonderful children and grandchildren.
