610 /156 mmo#4 Tambon Rimkok Muang Sintahanee 10 I remember Fred as our neighbor on Jackson St. I was a young boy at that time but Fred always had time to greet me with a friendly smile and a hello Charlie. I am so sorry for your loss and if there was ever a good role model for the young Fred is my pick. Rest in peace my friend. Charles R Wilcox

My sincere condolences to the DeLeon family. Heaven has gained a person of wit, character, joy, and happiness. Stopping at the station each day, Fred always had a story or a joke to tell. Then leaving Fred would always tell me to drive safe my dear there's a lot of crazy drivers out there. You never know, one of those drivers must just be me, and a hint of a laugh. Never at a loss for words and that smile was simply contagious.
